Nobody is perfect. Some companies when they apply may have left out a small piece
(or pieces) of information or might need to amend something. This is normal.
However, as part of our service your assessor will give you feedback on what may
be missing or in need of clarification and give you time to send it to them.
As a result of this supportive approach we are proud that the fail rate for
applications to us in the last financial year was less than one percent.
