How do I apply?

What is my registration number?
We do not issue registration or compliance numbers. If your assessment and
registration are successful you will receive a confirmation letter to say you
have achieved CHAS compliance.
Where do I send my documents?
Once you have the completed questionnaire and have the supporting documents ready for assessment, please use the Contact screen below to request assessor details. All relevant documents should be sent directly to your assessor via the email address provided or to their postal address. Information may also be sent on a CD or a memory stick.
