New version of Appendix 2 (version 8) now available (as of 1st July 2010)
Over the past few months we have been reviewing and updating Appendix 2 to make the application process easier for all. We hope you like the look and layout!
The old version of appendix 2 version 7.5 will only be accepted until 1st November 2010. Please make sure that if you are applying after this date (1st November 2010) that you use the new form.

Fraudulent letter of compliance
The Police have been given evidence of a company who used an illegal “Home Made” version of a CHAS compliance letter.
This was brought to our attention by a CHAS buyer when they checked the validity of the letter against the database and found a discrepancy.
We take these matters seriously to protect legitimate CHAS Accredited companies and will seek prosecution.
